Q: I have a new shape mini, can I enter?
A: At present we are only offering this rally to classic style mini’s. If there are spaces left nearer to the cut off date of the 1st July we may offer the extra places to new style mini’s.
Q: Do you organise accommodation?
A: No, you are responsible for your own accommodation excluding the last night. All teams are gathered together for the final evening of the rally at a special private campsite that we have hired for the evening all included in the price.
Q: Do you organise ferry crossings?
A: No, but we are currently working with the main ferry companies to provide you all with great discount. More details to follow.
Q: What time do we meet and where?
A: All this will be confirmed in your welcome pack. Distributed to all teams nearer to the event.
Q: Is our deposit refundable?
A: If the reason for cancellation is our fault, then you will receive a full refund within 7 days. If the reason for cancellation is your fault we can only offer a refund if your place can be filled by another team. The organisers decision is final.
Q: What if we breakdown on route?
A: To be honest very few cars breakdown on route but its always a possibility. We strongly recommend you get yourself breakdown cover, its very cheap and if something serious does happen it will get you home.
Q: Do we all go in convoy?
A: No, not as a rule. We tend to get “groups” of cars following each other but we do not organise this event as a convoy as we would need authorities permission to do this.
Q: Is there a specific Route?
A: No, you decide on your own route. You can either choose to go on a scenic route or sit on motorways all day. Entirely up to you.
Q: What happens in the evening?
A: We arrange to all meet in a specific big club / pub in the city centre of each overnight stop. Its not compulsory to attend but the more you get involved in the more points you get.
Q: When are prizes given?
A: In our big after show party at Le Mans on the final night of the rally.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: A minimum age limit of 18 applies to drive in Europe but there is no maximum age.
Q: Do I have to do it for charity?
A: You don't have to but we strongly encourage it to make the rally a good cause for people other than yourselves. The rally will be an event that you will never forget and it could change somebody else’s life to.
